The Excel Workbook 'Accidents and casualties 2005' contains one data sheet, Sheet Casualties 2005-2007.

Contents of the data sheets are as follows

Block A.5 to N.61 gives the number of casualties killed and seriously injured and of all severities in 2005 by the road user types pedestrian, pedal cyclists, motorcycle users, car users, children (KSI only) and all road users, for English counties and metropolitan counties and for the nations of Scotland and Wales.  Block AA.5 to AN.61 gives the corresponding data for 2006, and BA.5 to BN.61 for 2007.

Block P.5 to X.61 gives the derived casualty rates per 100,000 population for pedestrians, car users and all road users in 2005.

Block A.132 to AT.369 gives the same information on casualties in 2005, 2006 and 2007 for a fuller range of local authorities, including London and Metropolitan County boroughs and unitary authorities in England.
