This file contains separate sheets giving population numbers in 5-year age bands for males in year 'n', females in year 'n' and persons in year 'n' for years 1991, 1995 and 2000 to 2007 for English government office regions, counties, districts and unitary authorities, for Scottish and Welsh unitary authorities and for districts in Northern Ireland.  These data are from the Office for National Statistics, the General Register Office for Scotland, and the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency.
