Contents of the data sheets are as follows

Block A.5 to U.68 gives the number of vehicles involved in accidents of various severities and the rates per vehicle km, for the period 1970 to 2007.  Note that more than one vehicle is often involved in a single accidents; the figures are not numbers of accidents.

Block A.81 to V.119 gives the vehicle involvement rate per vehicle km on different classes of road for all motor vehicles, cars and HGVs, for accidents of all severity and for fatal accidents, for the period 1985 to 2007.
